Moringa, Mate, Lemon, Cinnamon, Orange, Strawberry leaves, Butterfly blue pea flowers, Safflower and Calendula Petals, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant)
It varies depending on the type of tea, servings range from around 20 to 24 cups per pouch.
- Ideally water should be heated to around 208-212° F.
